9mm vs .45 - why are people still debating this?

Capacity has a lot to do with it.
As in ammo capacity of the gun? Yes. I was a 1911 guy when, in one of my classes, I was presented with a problem involving 3 adversarial targets. The solution required me to reload in the middle of the process. It caused me to think that having to engage 3 or more targets would not be that far fetched. So, I considered higher capacity options, like the Glock.

So Glock is the only manufacturer or high capacity 9mms. :(

Debate? What debate?

You want to carry a 9mm, carry a 9mm.

You want to carry a .45, carry a .45.

It's that simple. MURICA!

Both have their pros and cons. Decide for yourself...just like you would for a holster and where to carry the holster.

I prefer to carry IWB, I use my S&W shield 9mm - much easier (comfortable) than any 45 I’ve seen.
Of course, if I want to open carry I’ll pull out the Judge. Lol

I prefer IWB, as well. And me Colt 1991A1 is very comfy and easy to carry.

Not to say others may not be, but it works for me quite well.

Belt, holster, body shape, personal preferences. We're all different, which is why I say carry what you want!
