my 44 mag old model ruger SBH. I have spent a lot of time with it. And the Uberti cattleman I love case hardening patterns. Lastly my magnum research BFR in .450 marlin it's dumb but I bought one this year. One of my favorite pictures is with it should be obvious.

.450 marlin Hornady leverevloution 325 grain FTX that stuff is fun.

Nice to see another single action enthusiast.
Loved them since my grandfather took me out first gun I recall shooting. A 22lr 1969 colt buntline scout that I shot regularly until a few months back. Didn't notice the squib load in the barrel fired the 6th round barrel split into the frame.

First gun I ever shot first gun I ever blew up. Still looking for another buntline scout months later.

Same. Grandpa taught me to shoot with his 4 5/8" .357 Blackhawk.

I've got a small pile of Ruger s/a revolvers, with a few stainless .41 Blackhawks, to include a .41 Special, .357s in both Mag & Max & a Single Ten. Love those guns.

Bet that BFR's a handful. Woof. I'd love to have a custom shop .41 built

It's honestly not as bad as you would think you have to shoot it to feel it it's a good fast push it just rises up. keep a good grip and don't stiff arm it or try to push it down you're fine. I have only had one close call out of 70 ish rounds it nearly hit my head got way to comfy with it one very hot summer day.... I've got plans next year for a 475 or 500 linebaugh BFR though.

Hot .41 Mag (Bisley grip frame only) & leaned on .45 Colt is about as much as I enjoy hanging onto. I would love a .480 Blackhawk, just to lob 3/4 oz boolitz at 750-800 fps. A .475 Special, if you will.

When i get around to reloading this i'll attempt a few 405 grain+ hot loads and see how I stand up there. should be able to get by with 45-70 dies in a revolver. until I can get a full set of .450 marlin resizing dies.

Yikes. Even at Trapdoor.45-70 pressures, I'll stick to shoulder fired weapons šŸ˜†

Got to try a BFR at Battery Oaks, it was a BLAST, it had a real hot load in it.
