soooo, va has closed hundreds of thousands of enrollment records due to non-actions of veterans, and will close more. are these records hurting anything by staying in the system? no, nothing other than a performance metric that management is graded on, and so they must be eliminated.
but the real sin is nearly 100k records that were up for second level review were wiped out and pushed back to lower levels, so if you were told you were ineligibe or rejected, good luck, your request got sent to the abyss. hope the person that looks at it has a clue...
