I'm going over to a friends home Saturday, where we're going to have an "Air Fryer Cookout."
I'm currently converting these to air fryer recipes:

I've made the homemade marinara, the bechamel sauce, and I have the risotto cooling on a sheet pan in the fridge overnight.
Tomorrow I'll make the arancini al burro, dredge and put in a container in the freezer. Top up the eggs, add seasoning to the flour, throw away the bread crumbs in favor of panko, and do the same to the mozarella, then add that to the freezer.
Fry a test sample of both Friday, and take to party Saturday to make.
