Quite an impressive feat! One key to their speed is the manipulation of the bolt while using a middle finger to pull the trigger. There are even some shooters that can be seen rocking a Krag on the firing line!

Did realize that the mags only held 5 rounds. 39 rounds on target and 8 mag changes in 60 seconds.

Getting used to firing a bolt gun with your middle finger while your thumb and forefinger hang onto the bolt is surprisingly easy. Especially with a smooth lifting bolt like an Anshutz or Sako.
I wonder how much faster they'd be using a shorter 308 length action instead of the 6.5x55. He's having to lift his head to cycle the bolt each time, I don't have to with my 7-08.
