It is being sold by Woot which is an Amazon Company. They are a closeout company which Amazon bought a few years ago. They are 100% legit and have good customer service
 
There have been quite a few counterfeits coming out of Amazon as of late. Some even being sold with actual pictures of the real thing.
However, you can always return it if it is a fake.

Most of the fake from Amazon are sold by 3rd party sellers. I always look closely at who is selling the item. If it is not Amazon or a known vendor I pass. As I stated before this is being sold by Woot and Amazon company. If you look it is even cheaper on Woot.com. $189.99 if you are a Amazon Prime member you get free shipping. That specific red dot (actually a green dot) was listed at $299 on the other sites, it’s on clearance on Amazon. I can’t even find it on Sig’s website so I’m assuming it’s been discontinued.
