  • Requires $800 fee (insurance) for owning firearms.
  • Requires psychological evaluation to own a firearm (paid for by the gun-owner).
  • Requires special licensing and training for “Military Style Weapons” which includes AR-15’s.
  • Imposes a 10-round limit on magazines.

HR 1207:
  • Bans the sale of online ammunition.
  • Keeps records of citizens purchasing ammunition.
  • Requires vendors to report any citizen purchasing 1,000 rounds or more of ammunition within a 5-day period.

HR 1446 and HR 8:

I have not really looked deep into all the HB 127 crappé but who is the underwriter for the $800 liability insurance thing they want? I am not sure how the Dims know a policy price or coverage unless they want it to be a Federal program (OdumbaCare type crap) and gives them funds to rip around more gun right ... or pay for Pelosi’s Botox.

They don’t care whether you’ll find such a policy. If you can’t, so much the better for them.

These have no hope of passing. I doubt they will get out if committee and will never see a vote in the House.

And a $.02 tea tax helped started a Revolution.
