Got the scout knives for around 60.00 and the old timer for 35.00!!!

When I whipped out my wallet didn’t even haggle just said “here take my money “.

OK I'll bite... what is that?

The blade is there it is the wooden wedge that holds it tight that is missing. And my fat fingers got the price wrong. It was only $15.
Love those old wooden profile planes. I used a few I picked up at flea markets when I built my sail boat - years ago.

I used to collect and still have quite a few Stanley bench planes. The two I wish I still had were the #1 and #2 planes.

I have some Stanley and a few under the Bailey label with a Craftsman, a Firestone and a Sargent thrown in. Nothing too exotic. They always command a high price and I am a cheap bas** err frugal individual.
