I used to have a P230SL several years ago and regret selling it. Recoil was on the snappy side and I wasn't fond of the heel mag release, but the gun fit the hand well and was quite accurate.

I've actually come to appreciate the heel mag release - I never have to worry about accidentally dropping the magazine or inadvertently releasing it when it bangs against a belt or holster, etc.

I do have the older version...P230 and Yes I do like it!

You are correct! It is an Andrews holster.

I loved my stainless P230. Fun, accurate little gun, though I had to run a Hogue grip to avoid slide bite. Would love to have kept it, but I can't afford to "collect" & if I'm going to carry & conceal a gun that size, I'm not handicapping myself with a .380.
