I had a guy on ARF send me a PM to ask that question and I don’t know anybody on that end of the state.

Ok. Only class lll dealer I am aware of is Guns Unlimited in Ayden NC.

Not that many gun stores of any type in the area. Gale Force Guns and Elizabeth City Pawn, but I don't think either is an SOT.
