Is that a slight exaggeration for effect when you said 700% increase or what? As a retarded military type I have always considered my health coverage (which is NOT free as commonly believed) to be one of my greatest benefits.

A 700% increase in one year is insane and at least I am protected from that shit.

I haven’t bought anything yet but I’m going to see what Glock Blue Labels Fuquay Gun has in stock when I go to pick up some mags this week. I’ll go home empty handed unless they happen to have a G47 or G44 (or both).

With ammo prices getting more reasonable, I plan on stocking up on that this year and shooting the guns I already have more often.
 
Unfortunately yes. I made a "make and offer" on Gunbroker on a Les Baer Ultimate Master 1.5"grp gun (Grail Gun) that I thought for sure would be ignored or countered. Guy must need money and was or is having a safe clean out sale. Dont have it yet but hope it looks like this.

No exageration. We started collecting social security and pensions last year so when buying health insurance on the "marketplace" ours went thru the roof (it's based on income). It had been super cheap for 7 years. 18mos and we will both be on Medicare if its still there then.

I picked this up on Saturday at the Asheville show (replaced the big, wood grips as soon as I got it home). I have a 4" and 6" in blue, this is my first stainless.

Thanks! You likely saved me a few hundred dollars. I went today to look for a Blue Label G44. When they didn’t have that, I asked about the TX22 but they were sold out on those too. 😂

I spent the money on a case of 9mm so it wasn’t all bad.

You may not be out of the woods yet. ;)
I bought it from FG on Gun Broker (cuz they didn't have any in the store) and picked it up at the store. $305 and change including tax out the door. They have two left on GB. Olive drab green splatter with 2 16 round magazines. I can send you the link if you want me to.

Yeah, I saw the ones on GB but I’m leaning more to the G44 to use as a less expensive trainer for my G19. I have heard great things about the TX22 though and it’s about $100 less than the G44. They just released the TX22 Compact as well. Decisions decisions…

Please let me know what you think once you’ve had a chance to shoot it.

That depends on the definition of Bought. Not yet, but i have a terrible itch for the psa 5.7 rock. I don’t need it. I have no ammo for it. But man i have always wanted a 5.7 that didn’t cost an arm and leg. Just looks like it would be a range bullseye maker :)
