You need to be close to Heath Springs, SC 29058
I replaced the springs on my Willys and have the old ones if you could use the metal/

Wish I were closer. I’m sure that steel would make some fine blades.
If we can work out transport via cff railroad to Battery Oaks this month I can get them to Fayetteville.
I can have them at this Fridays lunch in Pineville if someone can move them on father down the line.
They are Heavy, 12/14 leaves each of good American spring steel.

@opaul
A couple of the front top leaves are broken, but there is plenty to make knives from.

Sounds like a plan to me. @opaul if you wind up not needing/wanting all of them I’ll gladly keep whatever you don’t want/need.

Wow! Thanks.
I certainly only need a few of the leaf springs.

@opaul, if you are interested in some of Ron's springs, I can get them to Apex. My daughter who lives on Apex, is coming home the weekend of the 19th/20th and I'm sure she would not mind hauling them back. She has done several CFF hauls for me both ways.

Let @ronn47 know and I can pick them up at lunch tomorrow.

I think I have the leaf springs off of a 05 EZ-Go Golf cart. Are these worth anything to the knife makers??
