I thought this was more of an issue with the BATF and their “legislative powers” than with the states.

I figured that I'd ask, since VA has been wiggling around the purple edges the past few years. There's no brace on it, so I don't really anticipate any issues.

Happen to have one in my truck right now. They ain't frowned upon, except by them Federal Boys if they have a brace.
