Yeah, this should be intuitively obvious. Gun free zones, an area ban, don’t work any more then the law against murder.

Well said, unfortunately makes too much sense for some to grasp.

If some of these libs would get their head out of where the sun don't shine they would see the wisdom in the words. But they won't, they can't resist a chance to get the kids involved and make yet another gun control push.
Unfortunately their making this push at the expense of the kids killed. I swear, it's almost as though these shootings are planned and staged just to re-ignite the soapbox and all the tears and pleadings.
It's become obvious, to me at least, they will stoop to any level to have another crack at it.....

Early on the day of the Parkland shootings, the news outlets were reporting that the school had 2 police resource officers. I never heard or read another word about that.

These 'gun free school zones' were aimed at drug dealers who were armed while peddling their dope inside the schools, just another charge to add on when arrested.
What good is adding all these charges when they plea deal it from years to months and end up getting two days credit
for each day in jail while they wait for trial? Then they cut them loose because of overcrowding.

Just get rid of the dumb gun free zone, advertise that all faculty and staff are armed and receive weekly training.
They don't have to arm anyone, just advertise that they all are armed.
Who would run into a police station with a rifle if you know you the people inside will be shooting back at you?

ALL TEACHERS should be trained with a weapon and a disarming marshal art. So that they can protect the children if needed and also to end conflicts real fast without harming the students.
