Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on federal gun charges.......somebody's been a BAD boy. Jail time and full fines are due. Lets let people know that kind of behavior will not be tolerated. A nice little blanket under the jail would be good. Reality......That worthless piece of dog doo will not have anything done to him.

Like there is any chance this is going to involve any sort of real conviction. Even if they do hand down some sort of punishment it's going to be a wrist slap and some BS probation or court mandated classes.

The political class and their families are pretty much immune from the law in this glorious new dystopian world.

The rule of law is for us little people, not the exalted scumbags who own us.

It's a club to bludgeon dissent or anyone who threatens the status quo or their easy money, not a shield for the downtrodden against the powerful.

Anything else is a comforting lie to get you to quiet down and stop resisting.

This is a diversion tactic to draw attention away from all crimes on Hunter laptop, like money laundering, bribery, FARA violation, prostitution across state lines, prostitution with underage….
Money crimes involve Joe so we will set these aside.

It's all meaningless theater. If you're going to watch theater it might as well be Shakespeare, at least you'll get a little culture out of it.

And it amazes me every time how a certain, sizeable, segment of this crowd gets giddy and excited when someone posts a video where the badge orcs are giving someone a beating. Undoubtedly the same ones that howl in outrage when it's the orc getting their ass handed to them.

May those chains weigh upon them lightly.
 
So they decided they need to get this run thru to distract from Ukraine, or whatever else…then Daddy will Pardon him before he does a day in jail. But it will all be AFTER the election and before inauguration

Assuming his sentence isn't such a joke he just ignores it. It's not likes going to actually have to attend whatever BS class they mandate or any post sentence stuff like regular crooks do. It will be a handwave and he can go right back to the crack, hookers and selling us out on behalf of his daddy.

That’s right. Even if he loses the election, he will have from November until January to pardon the smartest boy he knows.

To seek political office is to be prepared to be a civil servant for ones community. This is why, traditionally, "men" with the means to provide for themselves took on the task (it is NOT a "for profit" position).

Yet here we are with this circus and publicly known information that politicians are in their positions for profit. You can go from "bartender" to millionaire in a year or be like the idiot of mention in this post and just use Daddy's influence to be a fork up incarnate, while knowing there will be no real repricussions because the "big guy" will get his monies as well...
 
If charges are ever brought against me, I will say I now identify as Hunter.... on second prolly not cause then they would have all of his charges stuck on me

And in fact IF he gets re elected the Dems will use that as an excuse to snatch his ass off stage for Kamala….claiming “see we can do the “right” thing”
 
Now the administration has a built in excuse to not address any questions about Hunter going into the election. Nothing else will come of it.

That said, if the R's can use this as a foil to point out the two tiered justice system they might be able to still get some traction from it.

Even the MSM "Talking Heads" bring up The 5th Circuit ruling which, likely, means this issue will play out in court and be dismissed ~ thrown out,, all for your public pleasure and enjoyment.

What difference does a potential pardon mean when the charges are dismissed?

The DOJ knows what The 5th Circuit did and are playing it out, going to court.

You Self-Identify as a Nuclear Engineer, so stating a nuclear core is going to melt down because the cooling is turned off and the fix is to, just, turn the cooling back on, why keep dwelling on a melt down?

Depends on how the charges are dismissed, for one. If they're dismissed without prejudice, that means they can bring them up again at a later time if they wish. The threat is still there.

Also, a pardon can be done at any time. With or without it ever going to court.
 
I will go on record as saying that the Big guy is trying to slow roll everything in the house to get all charges on record. Then he will Pardon his son and step down from the presidency. But if that means another 2-3 years Hunter may have to do some jail time.
 
It's the only charge that doesn't implicate the big guy. Hmm?

Every time I hear a Hunter story I think it should start with a clip from Warren Zevon's Lawyers, guns and money. "Send Lawyers, guns and money. Dad get me out of this".
