Initial impressions on the Atlantic Mfg. Ak63f
Childers CG-1 reciever
Radom barrel
Surplus Hungarian kit

Based on what I know to look for, this seems to be a solid piece. Rivets are uniform, magwell is not sloppy, everything is lined up correctly. They included a grip screw, but no stock screw.

My only complaints would be the barrel threads. Only a select few muzzle devices will screw on, 90% of them will start and then bind up. Not cross threading and the threads dont appear to be rolled.

Atlantic also had a deal on a surplus wood set so that's clearly what I installed.

Overall, If you wanted to add a "Hungarian" to the stable this is a good option.

Nice looking blaster! Seriously love the cord sling. What did you go with for a trigger? These DIY kits don't usually include one, IIRC.

Did the numbers match on your rifle? Few folks on AKFiles got matching kit builds.

Nice looking AK63F!

They do match. That was a nice surprise, considering it wasn't mentioned in the description. Internal parts had virtually no wear.
