If someone sent in and received an approved Form 1 for their braced pistol, what does that person have to do if they wanted to sell or trade their pistol? Before the Form 1, it was just like any other pistol. How about now?

@BigWaylon can confirm or correct, but just configure it as something other than an NFA item and sell it as whatever it is. for example remove the brace or stock and sell it as a pistol.

I think ATF likes to get a memo saying that it should be removed, but it isn’t required.
