Hey, looking at getting a 22lr pistol with the intent of suppressing.

There are some nice 22lrs out there now. I am wondering if anyone has experience with any that have been reliable for them? Used to have a Walther 22 but it wasn't super reliable.

Ruger SR22 seems pretty solid, but also interested in the new Sig and the Taurus TX22. Shot the Glock 44 recently and liked it.

The SR22 is super solid. A good size - not too small to shoot well, but small enough to conceal. The new Sig and TX22 are a good bit larger.
Our SR22 is a favorite - my wife and kids shoot it well and its been very reliable

My favorite .22 can host by far is the S&W 422. I have two, and they are both ultra reliable and light as a feather.

I have a ruger sr22. Its great. I run it silenced and enjoy it.

That said any bolt action .22lr will be quieter than any .22lr pistol. My cz 457 is bb gun quiet. Just know what you are getting into.

I’m currently trying to decide between the Sig P322 or the FN502. I’m kinda leaning towards the FN right now, as I like the weight and feel of it a little better than the Sig and the fact that it will share holsters with my 509 is a plus. but the Sig is $100 cheaper and holds 5 more rounds in the mags……🤔🤔

Another vote for the 22/45. I just got the new Sig P322, but I don't see it being able to touch the precision and smooth operation of the Ruger. Love that little guy. Just waiting on my Mask HD22 to get out of NFA jail...

All these Cans making me jealous!
