Bore Lights

I was following some links on another Black Powder forum and the subject of bore lights came up. Turns out there is a much less expensive solution to the lighted arrow nocks. These are on Amazon for $10 for 24 and will fit 50cal and up and that's right up the Black Powder alley. At this price, I can afford to keep a couple in about every range box, ammo box and pouch I own.

Great idea! I have a bag full of this variation. $0.10/each vs the $0.42 in the OP.

We use these thing to light the trail for Night Run n Guns. Bright enough to see a couple hundred yards away. Definitely bright enough to do the trick for a barrel.

Edit: looking at the ones in the OP, those are probably better for use in a barrel. The shape lends itself better to staying upright when dropping down the barrel.
