612A1C40-18A3-4896-99BE-F3ABF272998A.jpeg Long story but I have 2 now. Ones on layaway at FG&G. Did that yesterday and a guy answer a add where I was looking one last night nite. Too good a deal to pass up. Had some issues at the range today but I’ve realized it’s not steel ammo friendly. Really like it so far
Keltec RDB.

What issues ?

I want one of these too. So much cooler than an AR. I just worry about long term, if they quit making it.... how hard will it be to find parts

I thought the extractor broke but one I got home I could only duplicate it with steel Ammo. Brass cycled fine by hand. I didn’t know how to break the gun down and dint want to start working on it at a indoor range:)
I’ll run it next weekend and see how it does. What really impressed me was how soft it shoots. Softer than a 9mm carbine.

One thing I don’t like is you can’t really see a casing if it’s stuck without breaking the rifle down.

Friday at work I decided I wanted a 556 Bullpup so on the way home I stopped by FG&G to see what options they had. They had a couple new Tavor’s and one used. They also had a couple RDB’s. So all night Friday I read article after article on which was the better Bullpup. It’s al0t closer that you would think. No one said the Tavor was twice the gun as the RBD especially for twice the cost. Beside the price the fact that the Keltec ejects straight down was the selling point for me as a left handed rifle shooter. The Used Tavor they had could be switched to eject out the left side but I would have had to buy a kit to do it.

Used to prefer AK also, but love my RDB. Has become my new favorite -with 1000+ rounds absolutely no problems. I bet you are going to love it -good choice!

Really enjoyed it before I had the steel issue. Sadly I don’t think I can get to the range this weekend. The following weekend I hope to put a couple hundred through it.
Any particular mags you prefer? I need to get some 20 rders

Don't shoot an AUG, they'll put all other bullpups to shame.

Check out the bolt carrier and see if it has funky welds like the RFB.

I just use Magpul 30 round pmags. I actually think in the book they say don't use steel cased -but not sure about that -have to check later.

I shoot steel case in my SU16 just fine, maybe a different chamber design?
