Last September, I was looking for 9mm 115g bullets, and there were none to be had. Someone here at CFF sent me a link to RMR's website where they had them, but instead of COPPER FMJ, they were BRASS coated. They were in stock, so I bought 500 to try them. I was reassured that I could use the exact same load I used for copper FMJ bullets. I loaded about 5, and test fired them in our back yard just to see how they cycled. All looked good, so I loaded 100 rounds- and never made it to the range- until last Friday. I'm happy to report that they worked perfectly. My wife shot half of them in her new Springfield Armory Hellcat, and I fired the rest in my Glock 26. We saw no difference between these loads and my other 9mm loads, or commercial ammo. In fact, I actually shot my G26 better than anything else I've run through it before. I was happy! I just ordered 1,000 more (brass plated) from RMR. They actually still had them in stock!

It was most likely me that posted that link. You have to keep in mind brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. Those bullets jacket has enough zinc to be brass vs copper.
