Brett Kavanaugh Senate Kabuki Theater

I read that the American Bar Association is reviewing him for this reason too.

I guess when someone accuses you of being a sexual predator You are supposed to not get pissed about it but go all Forrest Gump and say O-KAY.

There are two separate entities at play here. The ABA came out against him. The fed judiciary arm that gave him the recommendation reaffirmed that recommendation last week. They are in fighting on this one.

What if that woman is raped? She has to now carry the child of a rapist and raise it alone?
Seems harsh...

That does seem a little harsh to have a woman give birth to her child who was conceived under horrible circumstances. What is, in my mind, even more harsh is the killing of an innocent who had no control over the manner in which he/she was conceived and who would become the second victim of the rape by dying just to spare the already-violated feelings of one victim of a horrible crime.

I would bet that someone could provide a loving home to that baby even if the traumatized mother could not.

I am not fond of killing helpless innocents, either the very old or the unborn, just for the sake of convenience to others. That baby deserves the chance to be born and to live the only life he/she will ever have.

opinion piece about a letter signed by 2400 U.S. law school faculty saying Kavanaugh is not fit due to his poor temperament.

This cracks me up as in "pot calling kettle ..." Want to see poor temperament? Hang around a coffee joint anywhere near a university campus and watch what happens when faculty don't get what they think they ordered.

The ABA did NOT come out against him. One main guy at the ABA released a letter on his own in the name of the ABA but without going through any of the approval processes for the organization.

Google "ABA liberal bias". I did the other day. Lots of hits. I didn't read them all but there were a bunch.

Interesting. It sure didn’t get reported that way did it?

were watching msnbc and cracking up

they are bragging about the protestors, their passion, their commitment, how none are there for kavanaugh, all against, trump is "gaslighting" - they are taking these protestors as a serious movement etc.

amid all the dyed hair, backpack wearing, selfie taking college crowd, the middle aged man hating, i dont have a man but i own 5 cats crowd, and the metrosexual/homosexual hipster crowd - there was a guy....

they cut away after he got in front of the camera and started chanting - I AM DRUNK I AM DRUNK

these idiots are hilarious.

That’s actually the in fighting I was talking about. Listening to NPR and the like you would think the whole ABA is against him. Wouldn’t want the media to parse anything that didn’t fit their agenda.

Of course the MSM isn't reporting the retraction - I was just providing the actual info since I hate to post things that I am not satisfied are actually true.

Nerve struck with a hammer apparently.

Between him with F&F and Obama being outright fraudulent in almost every way humanly possible. Then then toss in Hillary you get the very definition of a cabal. Lets get the mid term behind us and hang these traitors from the highest visible tree.

Getting a bit off the thread. Sorry.

I think if the Republicans gain a few seats in the Senate from the midterms maybe Trump should nominate him if Ginsburg goes away. The Judicial Committee would have a Field day with digging in his past ... and then not vote no but “oh hell no” :D

That would be one way to jerk a jerk's britches down. Better to just hang him. Could do him, Obama and the Clinton's from the four corners of the Washington Monument. Then run the peak up Soros's ass.
