How hard is it to build a PPS-43C from a kit?

Think about 9mm.

I'm just guessing that an open bolt would be a pain to convert to semi-auto.

While researching and reverse engineering the semi auto hammer for these, I did run across someone with complete semi auto FCGs for about $200. They can still be had. Terribly weak design though
