So long story short I’m a sc member trying to trade with a nc member that has a C&R license - my end is a Chinese tokarev made in 1983 so the question is about the status of the tokarev it’s not more than 50 years old but the model is listed under the section that atf says qualifies as C&R but is also subject to the GCA which would mean I’d need to send it to an ffl because the gun is not more than 50 years old and is going to another state does anyone have any input on if it’s ok to trade that tokarev to a C&R license as a C&R gun or would it just be like a normal handgun and have to go to a ffl?
