No, we could not.

While we MIGHT someday end up with a Congress that would propose an amendment to repeal the Second Amendment (takes 2/3 of the House AND the Senate to do this) and it MIGHT be ratified by the States (takes 3/4 of the States), all they will have done is removed the inhibition from the government on infringing on a right which ALREADY EXISTS.
 
You might’ve seen a Pepsi commercial recently with her in it and just had no idea that’s who it was.
