Bought a new to me car last Saturday, and I'm getting the windows tinted tomorrow with the 88% IR rejection rate. I'm hoping it's as good as they say. This will be my first time having ceramic tint, as I've always just went with standard tint. Oh, and it's a 2017 Chevy Impala LT. I've officially went to the dark side owning a GM product, lol. 2nd pic from work this morning.

Ceramic is definitely worth the extra $$, at least for the 'normal' ceramic like Llumar Forumula One Pinnacle (vs the top level $$ Stratos stuff)

Yeah, it has a very nice ride, and handles pretty decent for the size. I felt sorry for the ole Chevy being surrounded by all that junk in the pic, 🤣

This is the Xpel Prime XR from Sunstoppers. I know a lady there, and I'm getting a pretty good deal on it.
 
I've only heard positive things a out xpel.

My cousin use to tint windows, so of course I gave him a ring to find out his opinion, and if it's actually worth the extra coin. He said that it really does work, and for the deal I'm getting ($275.00), he said I'd be a fool not to. I'll definitely update this post after a few days. It will be summer before I get to see the real results from it though.
 
If that’s for five windows you are definitely getting a deal. Get them to give you a kickback for referrals and start steering business their way. 😎

Ok guys, I talked to her and have got a CFF deal for $25.00 off any tint they carry. The place is Sun Stoppers in Concord, so look up some reviews if you would like.
If you're interested in the code, PM me and I'll pass it on. Being that they're not a vendor, I don't want to just throw it out there. Not sure of the rules on that one. Anyway, windows look great, and dude did all 5 windows, and the 2 small quarter windows in less than an hour 😎.

Is that the legal 35% or darker?
 
Looks good, you will be glad you went with ceramic come summer time.
