The 190's and m&p's do not play well together. I tried, Skeeter tried, they just won't feed. The zombie 180 gr however will run all day long.
As far as powders I do not have experience with those but sure one of the others will chime in.

I had to increase my crimp with the 190's for my sti. I had seated all the way down to 1.135 and was still not fitting the barrel. I finally increased my crimp and loaded back out at 1.180. I'm not sure that will work for you but it might be worth a shot. I'm using 4gr of clean shot.

Loading out to 1.175 the only definitive problems I had were rounds dragging/wedging in the mags, I forgot 1.17 was max. May have been masking other issues though. You guys are going to be shocked at the job the guys at CGGR are doing with this match. The stages are Area match quality or better! Those guys are working hard to put a great match on the ground for sure.

I'm just a USPSA rookie and probably wouldn't know a quality match if it hit me in the face but so far CGGR is my favorite by far.
