The wife and I found these today in the woods surrounding the house. I think we are going to make some homemade ravioli.

Okay, now I really don't like you!

It is much easier than it looks. It is a seared scallop served over a bit of turnip purée, pickled chanterelles mushrooms, scallions and nori dressed in a bacon dashi. I had to substitute turnip because I could not find kohlrabi. I can send you the recipe if you would like it. It is a dish that David Chang of Momofuku serves at KO. Someone of your skills could pull it off easy.

I know I can do it but, gathering the chanterelles is a problem.

I have access to dry pack fresh scallops and most of the rest everyday.
