It is much easier than it looks. It is a seared scallop served over a bit of turnip purée, pickled chanterelles mushrooms, scallions and nori dressed in a bacon dashi. I had to substitute turnip because I could not find kohlrabi. I can send you the recipe if you would like it. It is a dish that David Chang of Momofuku serves at KO. Someone of your skills could pull it off easy.
