Charlotte area - need to swap 1911 Novak rear sight for RMR mounting plate

I've got a Tisas 1911 that has the Novak dovetail rear sight. I want to install an MRDS on it so need to pop out the factory sight and fit the plate. I'll zero the red dot so the plate doesn't have to be 100.00000000% perfect .

Anyone available to do this or know where I can get it done reliably and at a reasonable price? Can offer beer or .45ACP or cash.
