Church Security Drill

Funny story:

Two policemen told me at lunch one day that a church in Newton,NC had a training/information session with the city and county LEO. The church leaders had decided that the LEO would only assist with securing the congregation while the armed church members engaged the shooter until he was taken out. Can you imagine the reaction of the law agencies?
 
I've played a similar scenario but with a lot more non-threats and the BG's position changed each time we ran it. Big parts of this puzzle include target ID and choosing a clear shot.
 
I bet my coach will have me doing something like this once we take the training outside. My knees are not going to be my friends in this one, or my extra pounds! Lol.

Old St Paul’s Lutheran. Our church security had a meeting to get the setup they use.

Just to clear up from above. Old St. Paul’s was not the church who wanted to be the sole player in taking out the shooter. That church was on Hwy321A (Southwest Blvd).
 
Sorry, OSP has a great security setup. They have an SOP similar about engaging a shooter and having the police come in behind them so they know just who is who and the wrong people don’t get hurt. Sorry for the confusion.
