Something new tonight. Rocky Patel Vintage 1992, ice tea and Jimmy Buffett playing before the storm comes in.
Some times you make the right call......drinking ice tea. Finished the smoke around 8:30ish. Got a call from my fathers sitter that he is peeing blood. Call his doctor and they said he needs to go to the ER. Arrived at 9:15 and checked out at 1:30. He already had his night meds so he was 1/2 asleep and his dementia kicked in. 4 hours in the er room was not fun. I answered more questions from my dad and I had no where they we coming from and he would not remember 5 minutes after he asked them. They released him and setup an appointment with a urologist on Monday or Tuesday. Got him to bed around 1;30 and made it to my house about 10 minutes later. Got undressed and started thinking about the IV they gave him. They had to change the bandage twice before they released. Got home and started thinking that I did not check to see if it stopped bedding. Got dressed and went back over there to make sure the bleeding did stop....it did. Now back home at 2:30. Can not get to sleep and first appointment is 8:30. The right choice was to drink ice tea instead of straight bourbon or rum and to do what happened tonight. But the cigar I would have rated 88 to 90 and a great light show in the sky.
You guys are making me miss good sticks. I'm jealous. Someone have a My Father Le Bijou 1922 for me. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
Tried to light the one on the right and it was like drawing on a dowel rod. Now the Romeo y Julieta is a different story.
Don Arturo Destino Al Siglo de Pasion. I've had this since New Years of 2016, figure it's finally time to smoke. It does not disappoint.
Enjoy that Hoyo Epicure! Those are amazing cigars. I still owe a certain forum member for sending me one.
Trying to smoke some of the cigars that have been in the Humior for a few years. Found this A. Fuente Gran Reserva. Also, after trying different adult beverage to go along with the smoke I think that I like a rum. This was really not bad - Ron Zacupa 23.
I enjoyed the Montecristo linea 1935 dumas so much I went and bought a whole box today out here in Rome. I also tried a Cohiba habana after dinner which was even better in my opinion. Going to try and snag a box of those once they get their shipment in tomorrow.
Not a huge stock by any means, but some good smoke in my box right now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I stopped by there the other day and left empty handed. I thought about buying a few and trying them.
