Colion Noir going on Joe Rogan Experience

Just saw this post on Insta
I dont watch Rogan, but I'll check this out.

I don't expect Noir to bring it up, but any discussion about gun control in the US that doesn't discuss the demographics of gun murders is akin to talking about every aspect of a room EXCEPT THE GIANT ELEPHANT in the room.

Or in other words, the reason Vermont, Maine, Idaho, etc., don't have a "gun problem" isn't the lack of guns as those states are full of guns.

Noir grew up in the ghetto, if anyone is a voice to be heard on what’s wrong with poor black communities, he’s the one to talk, and he was able to come out of it and become a lawyer

I'm a fan of Noir, but I very much doubt he truly understands the depth of the issue, and even if he does, he sure as hell isn't going to talk about it in public.

Not going to lie, that statement sounds like incredible arrogance. How well do you understand the depth of the issue in comparison?

In comparison? Hard to say, as I don't know what Noir knows. But if his understanding is limited to what he has said publicly, then for sure I understand the issue at a deeper level. That said, the answers lie outside the Overton window, so it's possible that Noir knows more than he is willing to say publicly.

That's a good deal clearer, thanks for the answer.

I'm assuming that as a public figure he is fairly reserved about what should be presented for public consumption. More flies with honey and all that.

Yep.

It's been interesting to watch Rogan over time. From a political perspective, he's kind of your average guy living in a large liberal city, but because of the many guests with different views he's had on his show, he has started to digest some red pills that the average indoctrinated liberal would never even be exposed to. I have no doubt that Colion Noir will help further red pill him on guns.

As @MadMardigan points out, this is a great thing because Rogan's audience is HUGE, and has lots of guys (and some girls) who have never heard of Colion Noir and haven't been exposed to someone who is articulate about gun rights in a long format discussion (as compared to the typical alternating 30-second soundbites we get from opposing sides of an issue on cable news shows*). I'm very much looking forward to it.

* As an aside, I think video sites like Youtube are a total gamechanger for public discourse. Rather than the shallow 30-sec soundbites of cable news, people can watch very long discussions on issues. Not only does this help people get a much better understanding of issues (beyond just "but think of the children!"), it also cuts them free from the MSM umbilical cord. This represents a huge threat to the establishment, which is why I expect we will see significant attacks on 1A in the coming years. Can't have the masses consuming too many red pills.

There is a real chance I might watch that live. I usually save the Joe Rogan podcast for later when I see the notification

You can BS through a 3 min spot on MSM and get some play.

Sit down for 2+ hours and talk to someone in a free flowing conversation, and see how it goes.

Cool. I love Joe Rogan cause he understands that people don’t really exist only on the left or right. Real people can be all over the place on different issues. He’s open minded and isn’t married to his beliefs.

Should be an interesting conversation.

well, this is the first i've heard of Rogan or Noir. as MM posted, now i'm supposed to choke myself.

It's ok. It just means you haven't been paying attention.I know Noir, but I don't know anything about Rogan, so I've only been halfway paying attention.
;)

Rogan and Stephen Crowder just about came across the table at each other during a disagreement over MJ.

I'm gonna ask the question that I'm guessing others are thinking.

How would I watch this interview?

I know who Rogan is, and I've watch a bunch of Colion's videos on YouTube. But I'm not really a social media or podcast guy, so I'm not sure where to go. I also assume it's not something I'd have to tune into live?

Watch it live on YT

It will be on YT also after it’s over, and available for Podcasts afterwards also.

Michael Jordan? Michael Jackson? Moldy Jello?! :p
Dang, now I gotta go find the episode with Crowder!

I like the Rogan show for the most part. Looking forward to Colion's episode with him.
Did I hear correctly that he let schumer off the hook for joke stealing but he destroyed mencia for doing it?

To be fair Rogan pushed Crowder on the subject and Crowder didn’t want to talk about it, and Rogan apologized to Crowder, went on Crowders show and apologized, and then had Crowder back on his show.

so...
Rogan is a comedian.
Noir is on YouTube.

if that's not correct, please let me know.

Debatable lol
I listened to his stuff, but I found no humor in it.
I just dont like Rogan all that much.

But Noir rules.

Rogan is touring doing stand up comedy.
I think that him being a comedian, and getting paid (actually doing another Netflix special) constitutes as him being a comedian.

Noir is a big gun rights supporter, lawyer, nra spokesperson and entertainer on YouTube going way back.

Its a joke.
I realize he gets paid for it, I still stand by what I said that I dont find him funny at all.

I listen to Rogans podcast, but as a comedian, I'm with HMP, I've never found him to be funny. Same as with Dane Cook. Never liked him either.

Dane Cook seemed to try too hard, too over the top.

I had forgotten about Dane Cook until I caught a bit by him on my wife's XM.

Is he still active?

His latest special on Netflix, Triggered, actually wasn't too bad. I never liked his other stuff.

Anyways, I just like the podcast because he's got some great guests. Works good for me when meal prepping with whiskey.
