The problem is that it comes out of the wrong fund.

We all know that it's going to come out of the tax payer's pockets in the end. But it SHOULD do so by way of the department budgets responsible for pushing these unconstitutional laws in the first place.

Until that happens, there are literally no repercussions to those who pull this kind of cr*p because they and their departments are not held in any way fiscally responsible.

Glad to hear the news.

Problem is, I’m sure ol Wayne has already picked out a new wardrobe and planned more safaris.

Until he and the cronies are gone I will continue to be ambivalent about the NRA. And I’ve been a Benefactor member for 30 years at least

They overwhelmingly vote for these clowns so let them pay, and cry about it.

Not a lot of $$$ but also means these unconstitutional laws from states can’t just bury the 2A in courts, and State DOJ might push back a little (prob not much) on partisan politics that are going to create these loses.

it should come out of the pay checks of the people that decided to take them to court! right now it is to easy to file charges and take people, companies to court just to see if it will stick! if it fails, no big deal, the people will end up paying! the ones bringing the suet have no skin in the game!

Will these funds, covering NRA’s legal costs, come from the bucket that pays for luxury hotel rooms for illegal invaders? 🤔
