I discovered that the 452 uses a 11mm groove for rings. FGG had a set for $99 which was more than I could spend, so I found a conversion piece that fits the 11mm grooves and allows traditional weaver type rings. If I remember correctly the seller is DIP or something similar. The base and a pair of Burris rings set me back $65 so I saved about $35 and got a solid mount

I put an old Bushnell 4x scope from the 70s on the rifle and at 50 yds shooting Remington Thunderbolts I consistantly shot the 10 ring on an NRA 50 yd small bore target. The accuracy of this rifle is amazing. So happy with it.

Couldā€™ve saved another $12 or so and just bought 11mm rings. šŸ˜

This is whatā€™s on my CZā€¦Burris rings designed for the 11mm dovetail:

Who knew? Live and lear!. An unexpected outcome with this set up is that the scope is just the right height to allow the bolt handle to clear and put it at the right height for a great cheek weld on the stock
