Why didn't I pick up one of these things sooner? Light, good trigger, plenty accurate, and it looks good.

The vintage Weaver K2.5 makes it even better.

5 shot group at 25 yards using Aguila Super Extra. Probably do better with a better scope, but post reticles are fun and I plan on using this as a short range critter gitter.

Very unknown and underrated (seemingly) gun. Love mine! Just don’t loose the takedown tool, prong thingy. Enjoy!

I want one of these in 22 mag.
Concerning that takedown tool...post a pic of it. Im curious about it and whether another, more common, tool could be substituted.
For example, my daughters Walther PK380 takedown tool can be replaced with a simple little valve stem remover.
Curious if something like that could happen here.

Nope. It’s a big u-shaped plastic piece about 5-6 inches long or so. It captures the springs during take down. There is probably another solution, but the best one is probably seeing if you can order a spare from CZ. Shouldn’t cost a ton.

Great gun. I’d love to have a 22 magnum. My bolt action is super accurate. I also shoot a lot of Aguila Super Extra. Love that ammo. I love it so much I have 10,000 rounds of it.

Has CZ discontinued the CZ512 in 22LR? It’s not on the online catalog anymore.
