Neat how they've got such different geometry. Looks like the Nomad Ti likes collecting carbon but idk how much that sandman has been shot.

Is that carbon or is it a rough cut? Tough to tell with the lighting in the pic.
The Nomad has a smaller blast chamber so maybe it does get more build up around the blast baffle.
 
Difference in performance?
Based on pewscience, looks to be a pretty significant difference on a 308 rifle

Oh yeah I think you're right about it just being burrs. The rest looks pretty clean inside

I have a nomad, only change up I did was getting the DA KeyMo mounts and adapter for it.

It’s a great rifle can for sure

I have a nomad in jail right now, does the keymo mount add to the OAL over the standard direct thread mount? Wonder if the keymo mount makes the blast baffle area alittle longer because you're further from the muzzle.

Yes, it makes it longer vs direct thread
