I took the day off Friday to go to the Good Guys show at the speedway with my son. After that we rode to Mooresville for the Detroit Speed annual open house. 100's of their customers, fans, friends and car people attend each year. BBQ is provided for a $5 donation to charity.

Long line for BBQ.

Inside the manufacturing facility, a Cadillac they're modifying without disturbing what may be the original paint.

1965 Buick Rivera. I wish I had taken a pic of the exhaust work on this car. You can see part of it through the door opening. There is a full system going out the back of the car. Then there is another that Y's in with the electric valve to allow open exhaust that will exit out the side. That's the part you can see in this pic. All done with oval tubing for ground clearance.

This was a display frame with their components installed. In the rear there is stock coil spring-type suspension on the left and on the right is the coil-over style.

This was a nice hood latch on a gorgeous 1967 Nova.

In this building is their "hobby shop" where they keep the auto cross cars and other house and project cars. You can see the building in the background in the first pic in post #2.

The quality of work they do is truly amazing. This was my third year going to the open house and it continues to get bigger every year. It's quite an event.

Very nice pictures, looks awesome, had never heard of this shop before
