I am not going to ask what is the best digital thermometer is out there because I am not sure I can afford it. Instead, what is the best digital thermometer that you have used for smoking meat? And would like it to be Blue Tooth or WiFi.

I’ve got several Therma Pops and they work just fine. Think they are under $40. If my memory is correct they just read the temperature a 1/2 second slower than the Therma Pens or something like that.

I also have a Javelin that works well.

I've had a couple of these for several years and they work great and are cheap. I've left them outside several times in the rain and they are still working.

I also have one of these for smoking and really like it as well. I've only used it 3 or 4 times this year but it seems to work well. Has a good battery and a good app to monitor your temperatures from anywhere. It goes on sale frequently for $50 and is definitely worth it.

I was debating one of those when I saw the Inkbird go on sale. If I was starting from scratch, I'd probably get the inkbird with the drive for temperature control on my Primo kamado grill. I already have an IQ110 control that works great though.
 
I have the Thermoworks signals, but haven’t set it up yet. Still using the weber blutooth one that takes up to 4 probes which works great given the limits of bluetooth.

The Thermapen One is a second or less reading. The MK4 Thermapen is 2-3 seconds.

The two you mentioned in your post are 3-5 seconds.

I like the Dash and ThermoPops from Thermoworks. I'm more concerned about accuracy that speed.
