Here is a video of some moving targets I made for my range.
I set them up behind plastic barrels and makeshift plywood walls.
I added a remote trigger to one but i usually set them up so when you knock something down it triggers the first one and that triggers the next and so forth.
They are fun to set up and shoot , super easy and cheap to make.
You can probably reverse engineer from the video but if anyone wants specifics I can probably put together a lumber list and cut list.
Cost is about $20 in supplies and the remote parts are about $20 on Ebay.
