Elkin, NC Seniors take First Place in Archery Team and earn high scores in other categories

I was Head over Hells in LOVE with two beauties from Elkin, N.C. This was along about 1963....in LOVE I tell ya.....Their names were Becky Wall and Bobbie Taylor......They would be Old folks like me now...say 'bout 70-75 years old. Ifin I remember Becky Wall's Father was a Doctor of sorts.... Anybody old enough to have known these girls???

There is a Facebook group called "I grew up in Elkin". There is some really neat stuff posted in . If you asked, someone will know them.
 
At one time we had some of the best archery tournaments around, I was a member of broken arrow club though the 90’s.

Never made it up to broken arrow but I shot the SW circuit for a number of years. Yeah, there are some good shooters. A couple had won regional ASA shoots while I was shooting.

I've thought of what some of the girls from back in the day are like now. Not sure I wanna know. I'm guessing some are as wrecked as I am!
