Email notifications

I'm no longer receiving email notifications for replies to topics or conversations. Under preferences I have them checked. Is this a common issue? Now that I'm making a post I'll probably scroll down and find another just like it.

I had that issue. Turned out my email had somehow started sending it to spam

Dummy me. That fixed it. Not sure what caused it to revert to spam. Thanks!

Mine neither. Been getting them fine since dec 2016 then all of a sudden. Spam

Because we had a ton of members mark our emails as spam even though they signed up for notifications via email. So instead of turning them off they flagged them.

This increases our complaint score on certain email providers and pushes our comms to spam folder.

I added to contacts and that fixed it.
