Enviro-weenies strike again- my coffee maker now

I use this Black & Decker it's at least 12 years old. The rocker switch got to feeling funny so I plug and unplug it instead of using the switch. Quick, hot, filters everywhere. I kinda wish it had the stopper for pouring a cup before it's done, but not enough to buy a new one.

Bunn, full pot in 3 mins. Done.
Two other reasons besides the great coffee made with correct-temperature water, under pressure, through a correctly-designed sprayhead ...

1) The Bunn Speed Brew (Classic), BT, GR, and BX models are made in Creston, Iowa. They always have been.
2) Bunn told Walmart to stick it when Walmart told Bunn they had to move overseas and cut the price. Respect.

Oh, and:

Try and get your cheapo Chinese brands to do that.

I checked out the link, cool! Then I looked into the reasonably priced high quality brewers

I just want two mugs of coffee. Two. Just two.

Although that guy looks and sounds suspiciously like our buddy Duane down at H20

No filter needed. Brew it like a man.

@Les White beat me to it. You can actually make two mugs of cowboy coffee, but it takes a little practice. I did it for a little while after someone first posted that video months ago. When making a smaller amount, the cold water addition process doesn't keep the grounds out of the coffee, the coffee gets cold in the pot after you pour the first mug (if you make more than one), and the grounds are messy to deal with. The coffee is rich and tasty, though.

I probably orta quit drinking coffee anyway. Jacks my blood pressure up in the morning.

I can’t drink coffee and read the news at the same time otherwise I might bust an aneurysm.

I don’t have an aneurysm that I know of, but like needing guns and fire extinguishers, you just never know...
Just how many fire extinguishers do you have?
