Tomato Cheeseburger Casserole!
I just came up with this off the top of my head.
Ingredients:
ground chuck-1 lb
4 tomatoes-assorted varieties
1 red bell pepper
green onions
1/2 bag of egg noodles
2 eggs- beaten (only 1 shown)
4 Tablespoons butter (added after picture taken)
G. Hughes Sugar Free BBQ sauce- a little less than 1/2 bottle
shredded Colby Jack cheese
Mix together in casserole dish:
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes:
Let stand a few minutes then…….
Enjoy!
Came out better than I expected. Tasty, filling and just the right amount of tomato.
