Anyone seen any of these for sale recently?

Nothing via Ammoseek, none available on the Federal website.
Odd.

Hasn't been available for years. I'm about to run out and am switching over to NORMA Tac-22. It's looked to me as though Federal decided to stop making rimfire in order to shift resources elsewhere, but that's entirely my speculation.

Federal first cited "lack of sales" for discontinuing the 922/Ultramatch, and I suspect 711b will also go the way of the dodo. For a while, target ammo for Federal was really a two man contest between Federal and Eley, and then the other players stepped up, and it's likely not worth the investment to them at this point.

For 711b replacement ammo/general target, I would also try either SK Standard Plus (Lapua), or Wolf Match Target which used to be identical to Standard Plus, but is now manufactured by Eley and is basically the same as Eley Club. If you want a small step up, SK Match was always excellent for me, and Wolf Match Extra should be roughly the same as Eley Target. I do not think the 711b of recent history was anywhere near as good as it was 20 years ago.

I’ve gone to Eley Club and SK S+ for all match pistols, SK RM for all match rifles, and CCI SV for most practice.

CCI SV shoots significantly worse than the Euro stuff.

Sounds like many people have independently arrived at patterns of adaptation. I am slightly not surprised at the convergence of thought.

For benchrest I have Eley Contact, Eley Club, Norma Match 22, SK S+, and a smattering of leftover small amounts of others.

Sadly the CZ457 liked the 711b even better than the Club or the SK, and this is the reason for my question.
I have 40 left - and that's it. Maybe I will just save them.

For the high-round-volume rimfire challenge work, where accuracy takes a back seat to reliability, the pistols get TAC-22 and the rifles get CCI SV.
Also as large motivation I am paying around 8 cpr delivered for both of these.

The Marlin 60 eats 1255fps Mexican food while the 10/22 prefers the 'AR Tactical' CCI, like a mini-mag, but more accurate/slightly less charge.
The Tippmann goes well with any of the SV rounds.

Years ago, at least, I found that when I spent the time to compare the results of trying each of these varieties of ammo (and some more expensive ones as well, my CZ 452 seemed to do best with 711b. This appears to be true of my 455 as well, though I haven't confirmed it with the same variety of products. As I recall, SK S+ seemed to work well too. From my initial tests with the 455, the TAC-22 seems to perform as well as the 711b (and interestingly, appears to have the same -- at least nominal -- muzzle velocity). The CCI SV is okay for casual practice and vermin control.
