Any FFL's local to the Charlotte/Denver area that ship pistols for a reasonable price? The guy I used to use did not renew his license and got out of the game.

If the receiving FFL will accept from an individual (some won’t, mine will), you can ship it yourself. You’ll need to include a copy of your drivers license.

I think Tim stopped shipping, only receives now. But I'll double check.

Last I looked, that specific area was pretty slim on FFL’s. Plenty within a 20-30min drive but not too many in the CLT/Denver’ish area.

Another recommendation for shipmygun.

Can you not go directly to FedEx and ship it yourself? I used to do that on occasion. They only stipulated that it must ship overnight and no ammo.

Two issues:
1. Some FFLs won’t receive a shipment from a non-FFL
2. You’ll pay substantially more to ship it yourself due to the overnight requirement

I recently shipped two handguns by myself. I used UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER, much less expensive than regular Next Day and satisfies the overnight requirement.

The guns get there next day but by 8pm not 12pm.
UPS currently runs a special, code “easy”. saved me a bunch. I priced shipmygun, UPS was much less.

As noted, receiving FFL must be good with a gov’t ID.

UPS has tools to price shipping.
