So my biggest mistake has been trying to get the quickest feed back . With that thinking I would post my phone number!šŸ˜® Well it worked until my last post when I had multiple offers. Trying to time stamp them and read through the verbiage of who actually made a offer will not allow me to do that again. After doing some research here I did realize and think we forget, itā€™s all at ā€œSellersā€ discretion. As buyers when we want something bad we forget the seller may not be as able to accommodate a quick and easy buy. If you look at my rating here Iā€™ve had plenty of easy! But to keep it easy and save fellow members from being at odds with me or others. Iā€™m sticking to PMā€™s ! I also withdrew my last two sales until I decide what I will do.

My biggest mistake was sending out a scheduled email to 35K+ people for a brand's newest product launch.

The title of that email was: NOW SHIPPING

What I typed and pressed the send button on was

NO SHIPPING

God, the dread I still feel, even writing this post.

Even to this day, every email I send I read, and read again. My branded items sit in edit mode for a day, at least.

OP, itā€™s up to the seller who you sell your item to. Unless in the ad you stipulate ā€œfirst claim to it gets itā€. Other sites have much more scrutiny regarding ā€œdibsā€ and time stamps

Does that work like a subforum? I hesitate to pm you a "request entry" as I'd be REALLY concerned about what the reply would be.
I'm beginning to think your curiosity is going to spark a request.

Don't forget to insist on very personal sensitive information on the bill of sale in case maybe could be someday perhaps might never know my duty as a citizen can't-be-too-careful a lawman shows up and asks but doesn't demand proof of the transaction at the kitchen table in a different state. I was there.
