If you haven't been keeping up with things, there are several AI programs out there now that can be used to generate images. You simply enter a prompt and it tries to create what you're asking for. Sometimes the results are scary, sometimes they're incredible. For the most part it takes some trial and effort to get what you're after.
The one I'll be using for this thread is Stable Diffusion. You can try a desktop version here of Stable Diffusion 2 here:
Or, you can try it out on your own machine if your rig has the power to do it.
