Recently purchased an ASIB P229 Classic Carry. It came with 3 13 round Sig magazines. Since then I purchased a few Mac-Gar 15 rounders suited for the Sig 228/229. They sit flush and work flawlessly. I see Mec-Gar has 18 rounders that are 'suppose' to fit the 228/229, since the Classic Carry has the Houge G-10 grips Before I spend the $$, I was wondering if anyone knows if the 18 round magazines (or the +3 base adapter) would fit the above firearm or would they hang up on the grip base.
