Long as you’re behind it it’s not that badIs there any amount of ear pro that makes that safe to be around? I see the brake on that and can image feeling the concussion in the next county over. Have fun!

Little mini dust tornados? LolMy old CG unit had a bunch of Barrett M82s.
We'd take 10 of them at a time on certain range days, and line them up on the flat range.
Just one makes a lot of concussive force, if you are standing to the side of the muzzle brake. But 10 of them firing all at once was crazy!
What magnification is the optic?
If that stock is On your shoulder with the brake off and the suppressor on it...it is Awful!! Shot exactly 1 round like that.Long as you’re behind it it’s not that bad
My shootin bud just looked at it and said damn.Knocked the lid off the cup and the cup never moved.
I'd like to have seen that.
.
Can I have a go with that thing one day???? It looks awesome! LOL.
Amen, the bolt version will wake you up real quick !!!If that stock is On your shoulder with the brake off and the suppressor on it...it is Awful!! Shot exactly 1 round like that.
The bolt is 3 times as bad as the semi.

I've only shot the semi auto Barrett .50s... The last two years, I've been really wanting one. But, I don't want to spend $8k on a gun... So, I had been thinking about buying one of the bolt action ones for $3k to save money. I just assumed that the bolt action models would shoot the same as the semis...+1...I shot a bolt version one time at a buddies house. I made the mistake of sitting on a stool while using the gun on a wooden table. After i shot it, i was standing up about 2 feet behind where i was sitting prior to pulling the trigger with the gun in my arms trying not to drop it. The stool was at least 2 more feet behind where i was and everybody was laughing hysterically. It was that moment when i realized why they had screws on the bottom of the bi pod. We shot some armor peircing stuff through an old safe, cut through it like butter front to back and side to side. It was a blast for sure. Glad i can say i shot one once, but not eager to do it again.

After reading your comment, I'm glad I didn't buy one of the bolt models.... I guess I'll just keep saving my pennies. Maybe I can buy an M82 in about 20 years, if they don't get outlawed first...
