The AP gonna AP. There is a ton of contradiction in that little blurb.

"As of July 1, people can buy handguns from private non-licensed sources such as websites, gun shows and individuals without a permit or background check."

The claim that "anyone" can just pay money to buy a gun on the internet to be shipped straight to your home is still prevalent. Just like the "gun show" loophole...

Iowa now has Constitutional carry....that’s 19 states that now recognize, at least partially, the birthright of American citizens.

Reckon NC will not get it, considering the cowards we have in the legislature and the communist we have as a governor.😡
